With Europa's Hot Standby Redundancy, emails are delivered to your email server and kept on Europa. While your email server is down, Europa will queue emails for delivery. Meanwhile, users may use Europa to read and write emails for continuity. When your email server is back online, all the queued emails will be delivered to your email server.
Additionally, Europa has a worry-free Notification System which will alert your administrator for responsive actions when your email server is down.
