Yes, if your firewall HTTPs port (443) is already occupied by your web server. No, if your external IP address is completely assigned to Europa or no external access.
What HTTPs port can I use?
Any free firewall port. Just suggestion: port 8888 or 8080. Remember to add that port forward rule into your firewall.
Can I constantly change HTTPs port number?
Yes, however, it is highly not recommended. Europa uses the HTTPs port number to generate the call back URL. After the HTTPs port number is changed, the end-user can only access Europa with the newly generated call back URL.
What is the DNS requirement for internal/external web access?
Using your Europa's Host Name and Primary Domain Name to create the following DNS entry.
For example: Europa Host Name is mail; and Europa Primary Domain Name is nosuch-domain.com.
Define an internal DNS entry mail.nosuch-domain.com and points to the internal Europa IP address.
Define an external DNS entry mail.nosuch-domain.com and points to your external IP address.
We do not have internal DNS server. Can our users totally depend on the external DNS server?
In general, Yes: The external DNS will return your Europa external IP address, then your users can access Europa through the external IP address. No, if your firewall by default blocking the internal access to the external IP address. For example, Cisco firewall blocking all the traffic from internal network to the external IP address. Therefore, you need an internal DNS server to provide the internal Europa IP address for the internal users.
What is the DNS requirement for Europa acts as email server?
For incoming email, change your domain's MX record to your external IP address.
For outgoing email, change your domain's PTR record to your external IP address.
Why I care the PTR record?
DNS reverse lookup technique is widely adapted by major organization and email service providers. If your PTR record is not setup correctly, these email server will refuse your Europa SMTP connection.
Does your MX record points to your external IP address?

Should I use my personal email ID as admin email address?
In general, do not use your personal email ID. Since Europa will quarantine the whole system SPAM into admin quarantine box, it is difficult for you to identify your personal SPAM. It is difficult to pass the admin responsibility to other user.

Should I change the User Session Time Limit to Never?
It is your call. As administrator, you should balance in-between the risk of email security and user convenient.
How to use "Quarantine Email" option?
User: SPAM is quarantined into recipient's Quarantine Manager.
Monitor: SPAM will not send to the recipient ID.
SPAM is directly sent to Email Address for quarantine monitor email ID.
SPAM is quarantined into Domain Admin Email Address if the above email ID is not defined.
Both: SPAM is quarantined into both the recipient ID and the above :qmonitor email ID.
How to use the "Unknown Emails" option?
Drop: the email is dropped.
Quarantine: the email is quarantined to Unknown users' Email Address if this address is defined. Otherwise, the email is quarantined to Domain Admin Email Address.
Forward: the email is forwarding to Unknown users' Email Address if this address is defined. Otherwise, the email is forward to Domain Admin Email Address.
Pass Through: Europa does nothing. Let the email server to handle this email.
Why I should drop the unknown emails?
More than 60% of SPAM are using Directory Attack (try different recipient names) technique.
The volume of SPAM is huge. It does not make sense to capture them; and it is impossible to scan through them.
Since the recipient ID is not valid, you should drop these unknown emails.

What is the "maximum number of users" means?
It means 'maximum number of user IDs' in this Europa system. It is not related to the number of domains.
Can I activate more Europa features?
Call Jovian support, get the long Activation code, and apply it to Europa.
Why should I "Enable Forwarding Service"?
If some users want to forward their incoming email to their PDA or BlackBerry. See the Email Environment FAQ for more information on forwarding email.
If I disable "Personal Filter" (PSM), what will happen?
No black/white listing filter.
No more email envelop function.
Cannot rename known attachment extension.

What is the "RO" user ID for?
It is a Read-Only user ID for examining the system status without explore the sender information. RO user ID cannot alternate any system parameter. However, this ID should only be used As-Need purpose.
How to use the "Export All Existing Mails to External Mail Server"?
If back-end email server does not respond for a period of time, Europa can manually or automatically switch from SPAM filter mode to email server mode. All the queued or incoming email are then stored into Europa. The user can use Web email client to access to those new emails. After the back-end email server is up, you can export either ALL or From Last Export emails back to the email server.
Why do we need to manually switch from failover mode? ( after the email server is back alive )
It is purposely made to be a manual process, so that the administrator knows when and where exactly the emails being delivered and exported and notify the users where to retrieve their emails.
When Europa switch from filter mode to email server mode, can the users access their old email?
No. This feature will available in the next release.
How to expand the email archive and how read these email?
The archive file is an UNIX tar and gzip file. Unix tar -zxvf command or Windows WinZip can expand the archive into your directory. The email files are stored in the following directory structure: {domain_name}/email_archive/{user_id}/{YYYY_MM_DD-hh_mm_ss}.eml Email files are basically in MIME text format, so you can perform text search with them. On Windows, .eml file extension is associated with Outlook application, your can double click the email file to display the email content. On UNIX, you need KMail or KWord application to display the email content.
Should I using the self generate certification or buy one?
Since the self generate certification has no root CA to support, so the browser display the SSL warning message when the user first connect to the Europa. It is better to buy a SSL certificate.
Do I need to buy another SSL certification when Europa IP address is changed?
No, SSL certification is based on the host name. You need to buy another SSL certification if the host name is changed, not the IP.
What is the Backup and Restore for?
Backup function backing up all the system, domain, user parameters plus user emails and quarantined SPAM. Restore function can restore all the above information back to Europa machine. Backup and Restore functions allow the administrator quickly to bring up Europa from the old data. Please backup every night and store the file to your secured file server. In case, you restoring data file to a new Europa hardware, you need to call Jovian support for the new Activation code.
Service Admin
What is "Connection Level Protection" (CLP)?
SMTP is a TCP/IP communication protocol. During the initial TCP/IP connection time, Europa performs the IP connection level protection check. If the sender's IP/domain is invalid, Europa immediately drops the SMTP TCP/IP connection. Therefore, less CPU resource is needed to handle these SPAM.
What is "Heuristic Connection Protection" (HCP)?
In general, the Real-Time Blackhole List (RBL) has few hour delay time. Therefore, RBL is not effective to stop the zombie attack. Europa continually to collects all the SPAM/Virus sender IP information into its internal HCP database. So, HCP is same as RBL except HCP is local real-time blackhole list. You can change HCP's threshold value and time interval in Service Admin > HCP setup page.
Why Europa's Anti-Virus function is not zero-hour?
In general, around 1% of email contains virus. Europa can synchronize the virus definition down to a hour with the public virus database. The most important fact: 98% of virus comes from http/ftp download. Therefore, the anti-virus program in the end-user machines are the most effective defence mechanism.
Is "Optical Character Recognition" (OCR) word list updated automatically?
No, Europa OCR only loaded with the standard set of word list. To effective capture the image SPAM, the administrator needs to update the OCR word list for their domain.
Why Europa OCR cannot catch the "viagra" word in the image SPAM?
It is easy for human to recognize the embedded "viagra" word in the image SPAM. If the spammer plays some photoshop trick, in general, today OCR program cannot catch these embedded words in the image SPAM. Or, we need a super computer to run OCR program.
What is Europa Anti-Relay for?
Just in case, some end-user machines catch virus and become a zombie machine. This function prevents Europa become a SPAM relaying machine.
Email Policy
Should Europa integrated with LDAP (or Active Directory)?
Yes, there are few benefit:
During Directory Attack, Europa can verify the recipient with LDAP.
For the new LDAP user, Europa can automatically add the user ID when Europa recives his/her email.
Single password to sign-on.
How many level of groups can I create?
Basically, no limit. Europa group structure should match with your organization structure. In general, these information should already defined in the LDAP (or Active Directory) database. Europa can import these information during setup time. If the LDAP admin ignored the group information, the whole domain users are in one flat group. The rule of thumb is "group level should not more than 4".
Does the account under the Active Directory distribution list, ie. under Security Group or Distribution Group count as one user account on Europa?
If an Exchange email address is created for such account, then an user account will be created on Europa. Hence, will be counted as one user account on Europa. Otherwise, if an Exchange email address is not created for such account, no user account will be created on Europa and Email will be dropped addressed to such ID and hence, will not be counted as one user account on Europa.
I turned on attachment rename, how come sometimes my attachments not renamed?
Check if PSM setup Send Original Mail if Whitelisted is set to Yes and sender is in your whitelist. When this option is turned on, original mail will be forwarded without modify. It will override the option Rename Known Attachment Extensions meaning mail content + attachments will not changed if sender is in your whitelist.
How can I add addition SPAM/HAM keyword rules?
Email Policy > Spam Keywords
For the Simple / Regular Expression pages to add additional keywords or to define addition pattern.
Using positive number score to present SPAM and nagative number score to present HAM.
Can I add addition SPAM/HAM keyword rules for the email header?
No, not yet. Next version.
How my black listed item be promoted to group level?
When all the group members have the same black listed item, it is then promoted into the group level.
If the group only has one member, his/her black listed items will not be promoted.
In the "Black List Statistics" page, what is the Ratio means?
The Ratio format in XX/YY. It means XX members in the total YY members group. 11/33 means 11 users in the 33 member group.
What is the "Daily Email Summary" default value?
When a new user ID is created, that new ID is added into the daily email summary report listing. If the user does not want the daily email summary, the user must reset that value themselves.

What is the "Email B/W Analysis" for?
It is a dynamic analysis tool to simulate how a sender email to traverse the Black/White listing and display the result.
What is the "Remote Support" for?
Europa using this function to SSH call back Jovian support machine.
Logs & Reports
What the "Email Report" "Adv Search" for?
The users can fine tune their search criteria. However, the search pattern only apply to pre-format event logs. So, the users should not search for the 'Tagged' or 'Forward' words. The users should enter the search pattern such as 'john' (sender name) or '47.235.11' (sender IP).
What is the "Operation Status"?
It allows the admin to see the live operation status such as TCP/IP connection, reject unknown recipient, rejected by RBL, HCP, SPF, and the normal incoming email.
If the user complains about "I cannot receive an expecting email", what can I do?
Both Email Summary and Historical Report can report the flow of the normal incoming email such as B/W listed, Drop/Quarantine/Tagged email. For searching all the possible problem, use Operation Report > Operation Historical Report", it can display the last 14 days events: TCP/IP connection, email for unknown recipient, HCP, CLP rejection condition, etc. For display the searching based on user ID, use Operation Report > CLP Report and 'with Valid Users', it can display the last 14 days events: rDNS, RBL, HCP and SPF.
Why I need this "CLP Report"?
Some senders do not correctly setup their PTR records for rDNS lookup; or someone black listed their IP into RBL, ..., etc. This record can show their connection rejecting reason.
What can I do if a valid sender connection is blocked?
Choices are:
Lower your Europa setting such as no rDNS, or no RBL check. However, this is highly no recommended.
Ask the sender to fix the problem and resend the email. In most cases, this is for their benefit.
What can I do if the valid sender is blocked by Europa local HCP database?
Using CLP Report to get their connection IP; and go to System Service Logs > HCP Log to see why their IP was added into Europa HCP database. Ask the sender to fix the problem. Go to Service Admin > HCP Setup to delete their IP address from HCP database. Then, they can resend the email.
Why the sum of the percentage in Email Report's Pie chart is not 100%?
If the slice is less than 5%, that slice will not be displayed in the Pie chart. It is too messy to all the small slice(s) in the Pie chart.
Why in the Email Report's 3D Bar chart, the White-Listed and Pass-Through are covered the Tagged, SPAM and Virus bars?
You are very luck since the volume of the SPAM and Virus are lower than the normal email. In the normal case, the volume of SPAM, Virus, Tagged emails are much higher than the normal email.
What is the "Access Violation Report" for?
After the spammer's IP is added into Europa HCP database, and Europa stops them at the TCP/IP connection time. However, they can/will continue to connect to Europa. This report reports their connection frequency.
Invalid SSH login.

Why Europa do not integrated with firewall to block the IP connection?
Not all the firewall has this type of interface or API.
The number of violated IP listing is huge. In our case, we collected 20,000 violated IP addresses in the first 4 months. If Europa does generate firewall rules to block the IP addresses, in most cases, the firewall rules will be overloaded and will slow down the firewall throughput.
What is the "System Services Logs" > "Setup Log" for?
It recorded all the system setup chanage events since day one. Therefore, the administrator can easily to trace the when is changed and what is changed.
What are Europa performance factors?
Europa performance is bounded by the internet and the network performance rather than its CPU and RAM size. For each SMTP connection and email, Europa will talk to many external services: DNS for reverse lookup, RBL prviders, SPF, internet SPAM databases. Therefore, Europa (SPAM filter appliance) is network bounded rather than CPU bounded.
What is "System Activity Report" for?
Even though everyone thinks "email is critical" and "system performance is important" (see the "Europa performance factors" FAQ for more details). Therefore, some vendors will keep putting their users to buy a bigger and larger machine. With this SAR report, the administrator can see the true Europa system performance.

What happen when Europa harddisk is near to full?
Europa will send a warning email to the system admin when its hard disk is 70% full.
Europa will send a critical email to the system admin when its hard disk is 80% full.

Ask the users to delete the old messages.
Reduce the Days of Quarantine.
Drop the unknow/spam emails instead of quarantine them.
What happen when Europa's hard disk fail?
For Europa model 250 - model 5000, Europa has RAID 1 (2 hard disk array).
When one of the hard disk fail, Europa will send "mdadm monitoring" email to the system admin.
In general, these models can continue the operation with one hard disk.
What should I do when I received the "mdadm monitoring" messages?
Using Appliance Admin > Backup / Restore page
Perform Manual Backup and send the file to your secured file server.
Double check all your previous backup files.
Call your VAR or Jovian support.
What happen the external email server (for example: Exchange) crash?
When Europa cannot talk to the back-end email server for a period of time, Europa will send a notification email to the system admin.
Depend on the email switch over setting. Europa can automatically switch over as email server to avoid loss of email.
How can Jovian support its Europa machine?
There are few choices:
Reset the RO account, and allow Jovian support to access your Europa with the RO account.
Add a SSH port forwarding rule and allow Jovian to logon to your Europa: external port 2222 to internal Europa port 22.
Without change any firewall rule, Europa can perform reverse ssh call to Jovian support machine. Talk to Jovian support to synchronic the call-in time.
Can the users access Europa email server from external internet?
It depends on what is the access means:
Web email client and Quarantine Manager access: add the HTTPs (default is 443) port forwarding rule into your firewall.
POP3 access: add the POP3s (995) port forwarding rule into your firewall.
IMAP access: add the IMAPs (993) port forwarding rule into your firewall.
SMTP send access: add the SMTPs (465) port forwarding rule into your firewall.
Add a DNS entry (see the "DNS requirement for internal/external web access" FAQ above).
Why is the Pass Through option disabled for Unknown Email?
There are two possible reasons:
Email Service is enabled

Can any user mount the web directory to their Windows machine?
Yes, as long as the user enter the correct User ID and Password.
What is in the web directory?
By default, the web directory has a sample static page. The webmaster can completely replace them.

Can we use Europa as Wiki server?
Yes, Europa has MediaWiki 1.13.3 (http://www.mediawiki.org/). The user can access it as http[s]://your_europa_domain[:port]/wiki
Is MediaWiki part of Europa product?
No, it is AS-IS, Jovian Technology Inc. does not support. However, MediaWiki is a very stable program, and easy to find answers in the web.

Any customization in Europa's MediaWiki?
Yes, by default, MediaWiki 1.13.3 only allows the user to upload image files. To enable MediaWiki as a general document server, Europa's MediaWiki allows the user to upload the addition file types: Word .doc, Excel .xls, PowerPoint .ppt, .pdf, and .zip.

Why am I not able to restore from SMB after resetting Europa?
After Europa being reset, Europa will no longer have the DNS server information and will not know how to go to the SMB server.

Why am I not able to enable Mail Archive?
You need to enable Personal Filter in System Setup in order to use this Mail Archive function.
How is Group B/W List different from Subgroup B/W Report?
Group B/W List allows the administrator to edit the black and white lists for all the groups; whereas Subgroup B/W Report displays all the emails and domains that are being blacklisted by groups or by users.
Back end email server
In Email Report, I saw the emails are Pass/White/Tag, how do I know these emails are sent to the backend email server?
In the normal case, these emails should delivery to the backend email server immediately.
To display the sending event, go to Operation Report:
Select Operation Historical Report, date and time range
Enter your email server IP address into Adv. Search.

How do I know the back end email server is down?
There are so many different methods:

How to switch from Web email client to Quarantine Manager?
Click the Options (second rows from the top). Click the View Spam Summary option.
How to switch from Quarantine Manager to Web email client?
Click Email Admin menu and Webmail sub-menu.
What is the single sign-on mean?
One user and password share between Web email client and Quarantine Manager. When Europa is integrated with LDAP (or Microsoft Active Directory), users use same LDAP user-id and password to logon.
Logon Session and the Time Limit
Why logon session has time limit?
Different organization has different security requirement. By default, Europa uses 8 hours (from the first logon) as session time limit. The logon session will be expired if user does not interact with Europa.
Can I set my session has no limit?
No, only the administrator can set domain base User Session Time Limit to Never.
Can I logon to two user IDs within one browser?
No, only one active logon session per browser. The second logon user session will take over.
Can I use two different browsers to logon two different user ID?
Yes, for example, logon admin with IE and logon personal ID with Firefox.
Can I logon an user ID from two machines?
Yes. The user should aware the concurrent change behaviour.
Why I have to logon every time even my session time limit is not expired?
Close the browser by either close the window or close the tab. Do not click the Sign Out icon or link. It means clearup the user session, therefore, the user needs to logon again next time.
Check the box and fill-in the forward address field.
Under what condition my email with forward out?
Domain forward option is enabled. user defined the forward address, Virus clean, and not a SPAM (according to personal score rules).
Can I only forward the white-listed sender email?
Yes, just check the White listed sender box in the Forwarding Service page.
Can I forward to multiple email address?
Using ' ; ' (semi-colon) character as separator in the forward address field.

Can I add (or delete) a new user into Europa?
No, only administrator can add or delete user ID from Europa.

How can I release my quarantined emails?
Select the email and click the Unquarantine button.
Can I customerize my personal SPAM score setting?
The administrator must enable Anti-Spam and this per User Configurable option. The user can then customize his/her Anti-Spam Setup scores.
Can I receive hourly email summary?
Yes, Europa can generate both Daily and hourly email summary: Email Admin > Email Report Scheduler and then select the report generation time.
I do/do not want an empty email summary
If the No email activity box is checked, an empty email summary report will be sent to the user ID. Otherwise, only non-empty email summary report will be sent to the user ID.
In the email report page, how can I add the sender ID to Black/White list?
Just click the icons in the B/W listing column. Note: Using mouse-over popup to verify the action details.
In the email report page, what is the '?' URL link for?
Even the report page already shows the summary of SPAM/virus scan, black/white listing, score. That '?' page shows the details of SMTP information, SPAM and score break down, scan summary, and email header information.
What happen to the email contain virus?
These emails will either be dropped or be quarantinued to administrator's Quarantinue Manager. These emails never be delivery to any user ID. If the user wants to know the details, search the entry in the email report page and click '?' to see the scan summary.
I do not white listed this sender, why Europa shows his/her email is white listed?
Europa supports multi-level group levels from end-user level up to domain level. Even an end-user does not white listed a sender, however, the group admin or the domain admin may white list the sender ID or the domain. This apply to the black listed too.
How do I know who white listed this sender, which cause me to receive this email?
As an end-user, the email report page and the report summary line will show the which group/domain white listed either the sender ID or the domain. As an administrator, a dynamic analysis tool is provided: Tools > Email B/W Analysis. Select the domain and recipient ID; and type in any sender ID. This tool will analysis (simulate) how this sender ID traverse the Black/White listing and display the result.
Why I receive this email "**ALERT** White_Listed sender XXXX email contains YYYY virus"?
In general, all the infected emails are dropped even from the white listed sender. The email is only a notification for the end-user: just in case he or she is waiting for the email from the white listed sender and the infacted email was dropped by Europa. Europa does nothing for the white listed sender email even the SPAM score is high. Therefore, the end-user is expecting all the emails from the white listed sender.
Enveloping Email
What is 'enveloping an email' and why do that?
For all the regular plain text or html emails, Europa can add an extra layer to enclose the original email. This technique is called enveloping an email. With this unique technology, Europa can add the call-back URL (text/icon) to the user emails, so the user can one-click to access their Quarantinue Manager, or add the sender information into the black/white list. Enveloping an Email allows Europa to provide an user friendly and easy to use SPAM manager system access interface.
Why my email is not enveloped and the other people does?
The administrator can configuration: no envelop at all, generate envelop for all user or by selected user ID. Send a request to the administrator to add your ID into the selected user listing.
Why only some of my emails have envelop?
All the white-listed emails will not be enveloped since the user/group/domain give the sender a green light. For the other emails, very low score or tagged email, Europa will add an envelop and then send to the user ID. Europa will not add envelop to some of the special type of email such as Calender and XML emails.
Can I customize my envelop setting?
Yes, from PSM Setup menu > Personal Spam Management page. Check the Override System Default box and select different envelop mode.
What I want text envelop mode, or top/buttom, etc?
It is personal preference. However, some customers' Exchange is integrated with BlackBerry server. For some end-users, all their incoming emails are forward out to the BlackBerry server. For these end-users, they may like to use the Short Text and Bottom.
When click on the PSM links, it reloaded my current browser page. How do I avoid it?
This is based on your personal settings in your browser. I like to use my "Outlook Express" as Europa email client, what is the setup steps?
Create a new account in Outlook Express. Put the full email address into E-mail address field.
Select IMAP as the incoming mail server.
Enter either Europa IP or DNS name in the "Incoming mail" and "Outgoing mail" fields. Ask your admin for these field values.
Click the "My server require authentication" check-box. Click the "Settings" to add Account Name (full email address) and password.
In the Advanced tab, "Server Port Number"
Enter 465 for Outgoing mail (SMTP) and check SSL box.
Enter 993 for Incoming mail (IMAP) and check SSL box.
When I start Outlook, I see the following error 'serious problem with the europa plugin add-in'. How do I fix this problem?
Restart your Outlook client.

Using Europa as the internal email server and a SPAM filter

The end-user continues to pull down the emails from external service provider.
From Europa user's Quarantine Manager page > Email Admin > MPOP Setup > Fill-in MPOP account information.
User then changes email program's both incoming/outgoing fields from the service provider to Europa.
Example: Outlook Express > Internet Mail Account > Properties > Servers > Change the Incoming/Outgoing mail fields to Europa IP address.
Note: If your internet service provider (such as Rogers/Bell Home Internet service) blocking all the outgoing SMTP port traffic, the end-user should not change the outgoing mail field to Europa.
Using Europa as the external Email Server and a SPAM filter
See Setup Europa as an external Email Server (below). The rest is same as above.
Has an in-house Email Server, already receiving emails from external MTA
Please verify the setup with Setup Europa as an external Email Server (below) and Enable the email server for a domain (below).
Email Server only
Europa administrator setup the domain information and the domain user(s) information.
Europa System - Service Info > Domain Service Setup > select a domain
Select No in Enable Email Service
Change the email deliver to address by filling in Email Server IP address.
On firewall, change the SMTP port (25) forwarding address from the existing email server to Europa IP address.
Email Server build-in SPAM filter software
Same setup as above and you should consider to disable or to uninstall this software since
- Europa already protect your email server from IP connection and SMTP email levels.
- Europa already filters out SPAM, virus, and perform Black/White listing for the user.
- In general, this type of software consuming system resources and slow down your email server.
Another email filter appliance and Email Server
In general, you can disconnect this email filter appliance and replaced it by Europa. Just in case, you want to serialize Europa with this appliance:
Put Europa in between this appliance and email server
Europa System - System setup:
Select Yes in Behind Mail Gateway and fill-in Mail Gateway IP address.
Europa System - Service Info > Domain Service Setup > select a domain
Select No in Enable Email Service and fill-in Email Server IP address.
Logon to that appliance, change the delivery IP address from email server to Europa.
Put Europa in front and deliver email to that appliance
This means Europa will deliver email(s) to that appliance instead of to a real email server
Europa System - Service Info > Domain Service Setup > select a domain
Select No in Enable Email Service and fill-in that appliance IP address in Email Server field.
Using External Email Filtering Service
See Has an in-house Email Server, already receiving emails from external MTA (above) to configurate your Europa. Once Europa is protecting your email server, you can consider:
- Redirect the email traffic to your IP address by changing your MX record to your IP address.
Note: The DNS reverse lookup PTR record is highly recommended, you should change the MX and the PTR records at once.

- Once you can directly receiving email from other MTA, you can cancel that external email filtering service.

Setup Europa as an external Email Server
Basic requirement: Broadband internet connection and a firewall which has port forwarding functionary.
Already has a domain name and a static IP address
-Enable the email server for a domain (below)
- Add or change the SMTP port forwarding rule into the firewall: from external port 25 to internal Europa IP port 25.
- Change your domain MX record to your static IP address.
- This static IP address configuration is highly recommended for business users.
Has a domain name with dynamic IP address and DDNS service
Same setup as above. You may experience some delay in between your IP changes and DDNS entry is not updated. In general, this delay time is short, and most MTA will try to resend before reporting 'fail to deliver'.
- This dynamic IP address configuration is only recommended for home or small business users.
